Johnny Rey Diaz

Johnny Rey Diaz is an award-winning, bilingual, Latino actor, filmmaker and host from Arizona and currently based in Los Angeles. He can be seen recurring opposite Seth Rogen on Hulu’s PAM & TOMMY and also wrapped a six-episode arc on GREY’S ANATOMY. He was recently cast as a series regular on Amazon’s newest single-cam comedy, “PRIMO,” produced by Mike Shur, the creator of THE OFFICE, PARKS & REC and BROOKLYN 99. Additional guest star credits include Bosch, CSI: Vegas, Queen of the South, NCIS, and Narcos Mexico. He is currently an on-camera host for the TENNIS CHANNEL and some of his previous hosting work includes the LA GALAXY, ACURA and RAM/CHRYSLER. On the voiceover side he has worked on commercials, audiobooks, podcasts and the hit Xbox video game FORZA HORIZON 5. He recently voiced a campaign for XFINITY COMCAST as a sports announcer which included both TV and radio spots. On the scripted side, he voiced a character on the “VERDICT,” a 10-episode podcast series produced by Cavalry Media, the same producers of THE SOCIAL NETWORK, CAPTAIN PHILLIPS AND HOUSE OF CARDS. He was also the creator and co-host of a weekly podcast called, “SURVIVING HOLLYWOOD,” where each week he interviewed a different guest in the film/TV industry to talk about their journey.
