Benjamin Foden is a former professional international rugby player from Chester, England. With 34 caps for his country, he enjoyed a successful 18-year career, playing for Sale Sharks and Northampton Saints before concluding his sporting journey by launching the New York Iron Workers in the American professional league. In addition to his athletic achievements, Benjamin has appeared on multiple reality television shows in the UK, including Dancing on Ice, SAS: Who Dares Wins (Celebrity), and Celebrity X Factor, making him a well-recognized face in the UK. Since moving to America in 2019, Benjamin has been residing in New York City, where he occasionally serves as a commentator for Major League Rugby, international rugby fixtures, and other sporting events.
